Jerry Seinfeld’s Telluride home for sale

The Wall Street Journal last Friday reported that comedian Jerry Seinfeld was selling his Telluride manse. The recently expanded 14,200 square-foot crib on 26 acres is listed by Peaks Real Estate for $18.25 million. The estate boasts views of both Sunshine and Wilson Peak and a “manicured trail system.”
